At Xyrose Fashion Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our medical scrub suits and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

The product you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

We have sent you the wrong item or an incorrect size.

The item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

Products that have been worn, used, or washed.

Items that have had their tags removed.

Products that have been personalized or customized (e.g., with printing or embroidery).

Sale items or products purchased with a promotional discount.

3. The Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and get back to you with approval and instructions for returning the item. Do not send the item back before receiving our approval.

Return the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided in our email.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

4. Method of Refund

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method (e.g., GCash, debit card) within 5 to 10 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the shipping costs for returns that are a result of our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for all other reasons, such as a change of mind or an incorrect size ordered by the customer.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a refund request. We will assist you in placing a new order for the correct item, subject to stock availability.
