The XyRose Fashion Co. recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from the clients. The personal data obtained is entered and stored within the XyRose Fashion Co's authorized information and communications database and will only be accessed by the respective administrators.

 

The information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

1. Processing and reporting of documents related to the clients/customers, under certain conditions as required by law.

2. Announcements / promotions of events, programs, courses and other activities offered / organized by the XyRose Fashion Co. and its partners.

3. Activities pertaining to establishing relations with delegates, alumni, partners, and sponsors.

 

XyRose Fashion Co. shall not disclose the customer's personal information without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of ten years for the effective implementation and management of the product's programs in the future.
