We take great care in preparing every order. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

We ship all orders via our trusted local courier partners. After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Manila: 2-4 business days

Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.​

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or a text message containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.
